2020 SHAZAM Forum canceled

SHAZAM has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation that’s been unfolding over recent weeks. After careful consideration of information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC, national leaders and feedback from those involved with the event, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 SHAZAM Forum.

This decision didn’t come easily, as we look forward to spending time and growing our relationships and learning from one another. The health of our clients, employees and everyone involved with the SHAZAM Forum is top priority. We’re hopeful that this advance notice will allow enough time to manage your upcoming travel plans.

To help ease the cancellation process, we want to assure you that:

  • You will not be charged any registration fees on your monthly switch bill

  • The Marriott will not charge for room cancellations, but you are responsible for calling the hotel directly to cancel your reservation (p: 515-245-5500 or 800-514-4681)
