Have you ever called a company to get help, only to find they’re no help at all?
At SHAZAM, that’s not how we do things. SHAZAM client support is available when you and your team need help, 24/7. SHAZAM’s support team, comprised of people with operational banking experience, is 100% located in the U.S. You call, we answer.
Our department handles thousands of calls, emails, and tickets monthly from our clients — financial institutions, merchants, and processors. We answer questions about dispute services, fraud, reports, you name it. The electronic payment system is an ever-changing world so it can sometimes be a challenge, but we accept the challenge.
- FACT: Approximately 80% of calls into our client support call center are answered within 20 seconds.
- FACT: Our average satisfaction survey score is consistently around 4.8 on a 5-point scale, where a score of “5” is extremely satisfied.
We love working at SHAZAM and serving our clients! A couple of us love it so much we’ve been here more than 23 years. Combined, our department members have 118 years of tenure and experience at SHAZAM. Most of us have a banking or credit union background, so we’ve walked in your shoes and understand what you do daily. That allows us to better understand how to help you.
Our company loves us, too. SHAZAM worked quickly to get us set up to work from home at the start of the pandemic so we could continue to serve our customers and stay safe while doing so. That meant getting technology set up for everyone, allowing us to answer your calls off-site. The pandemic has thrown us some challenges, but we are up for whatever comes our way. Our bottom line is serving our clients.
