We answer questions about dispute services, fraud, reports, you name it. The electronic payment system is an ever-changing world so it can sometimes be a challenge, but we accept the challenge.

Our company loves us, too. SHAZAM worked quickly to get us set up to work from home at the start of the pandemic so we could continue to serve our customers and stay safe while doing so. That meant getting technology set up for everyone, allowing us to answer your calls off-site. The pandemic has thrown us some challenges, but we are up for whatever comes our way.
