Make Your Voice Heard

You can help shape the future of the Core User Group by participating in this year’s officer election. Serving as an officer is a rewarding opportunity to expand your professional network, develop leadership skills, and represent the needs and ideas of fellow users.

Officers serve a three-year term and play an important role in guiding the group’s direction by:

  • Attending the Core User Group annual meeting
  • Helping plan agendas and coordinate events
  • Providing feedback and ideas to improve future experiences
  • Advocating for the needs and priorities of the user community

Voting will take place during the administrative business session Wednesday at 8:40 a.m. in the Crestone ballroom.

Whether you're interested in serving or simply casting your vote, your participation helps strengthen our community and ensures every member has a voice in its future.

Dress code / name badges

Dress code

Business casual. Layers are recommended as temperatures may vary from room to room.

Name badges

Yes! Every attendee will be provided with a name badge and lanyard at check in. Please wear your name badge throughout the event. SHAZAM staff will be identifiable by their branded SHAZAM lanyards.

First-time attendees will have “First Timer” buttons on their lanyards— be sure to make them feel welcome!

We’re glad you’re attending. First-time attendees will have a special button on their lanyards celebrating their first time at the event.

Special meetup

There’s a special meetup scheduled on Monday night from 5 to 5:30 p.m. prior to the opening reception. Watch for more details in a special first-time attendee email closer to the event.

Absolutely! Dedicated exhibitor time is built into the agenda. There’s a list of all the exhibitors at the bottom of this page.
