Make your voice heard

Help shape the future of the KinetiCore™ User Group by participating in this year's officer election. Serving as an officer is an opportunity to expand your professional network, strengthen your leadership skills and represent the interests of fellow users.

Officers serve three-year terms and help guide the direction of the user group by:

  • Attending the KinetiCore™ User Group annual meeting
  • Helping plan agendas and coordinate events
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to enhance future experiences
  • Advocating for the needs and priorities of the user community

Voting will take place during the administrative business session on Wednesday at 8:40 a.m. in the Crestone Ballroom.

Whether you're interested in serving as an officer or casting your vote, your participation helps strengthen the user community and ensure every member has a voice in its future.

What is the event's dress code? Will name badges be provided?

Dress code

The dress code for the KinetiCore™ User Group is business casual. Layers are recommended, as temperatures may vary from room to room.

Name badges

Every attendee will be provided with a name badge and lanyard at check in. Please wear your name badge throughout the event. SHAZAM staff will be identifiable by their branded SHAZAM lanyards.

First-time attendees will have “First Timer” buttons on their lanyards — be sure to make them feel welcome!

I'm a first-time attendee. What should I expect?

First, welcome!

We’re glad you’re attending. As a first-time attendee, you'll have a special button on your lanyard celebrating your first time at the event.

Special meetup

There’s a First-Time Attendees Meetup scheduled on Monday night from 5 to 5:30 p.m. prior to the opening reception. Watch for more details in a special first-time attendee email closer to the event.

Will there be time to visit exhibitors?

Absolutely! Dedicated exhibitor time is built into the agenda. There’s a list of all the exhibitors at the bottom of this page.
