Tom leads a talented team of individuals, working to help clients learn about the industry, build their businesses and continue to stay relevant and competitive in an ever-changing marketplace. He works across several internal departments to provide sales support, lead generation, RFP responses, partner referrals, consultant engagement and contract guidance to the processing side of SHAZAM^®.

His expertise in acquisition, relationship management, geographic expansion and strategic planning has been instrumental in his more than 30 years at SHAZAM. He started at the company as a senior account executive and continued to grow his career while helping grow the company. During this time, he’s individually sold EFT solutions to financial institutions throughout the country, led the new business and account retention teams, worked in SHAZAM’s business development and merchant acquirer divisions, and spoken at numerous industry conventions and events.
