Terry Dooley
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Terry is a member of the SHAZAM^® executive management team and leads the company’s business, product and application development, IT infrastructure, corporate and IT security, vendor integration and security consultation teams.

Since his start at SHAZAM in 1990, Terry has held many roles that led to his executive team position. In every role, he’s played a pivotal part in driving the business forward, including roles as vice president of IT infrastructure and senior vice president and chief information officer. He became executive vice president and chief operating officer in 2020.

In addition to his role at SHAZAM, Terry is a thought leader in the payments industry. He has served as past chairman and vice chairman of the Debit Network Alliance, past chairman of the Payments Processing Information Sharing Council, past chairman of the Secure Remote Payment Council and past member of the steering committee for the Secure Payments Task Force.
