With over three decades of distinguished experience in the payments industry, Manish is dedicated to forging impactful partnerships with stakeholders and solution providers across the payments and banking sectors. Drawing upon a deep well of technological expertise and business insight, he consistently delivers innovative, value-driven solutions to the marketplace.

In his current role at SHAZAM, Manish leads the product, marketing, communications, learning and innovation teams orchestrating efforts to provide financial institutions with a secure and engaging omnichannel experience. Under his guidance, SHAZAM’s integrated yet adaptable platform empowers banks and credit unions with core/digital banking, instant payments, debit card network, payments processing and ancillary solutions such as card issuance and dispute management solutions.

Manish serves as a steering committee member and former chair of the U.S. Payments Forum, current chair of the Secure Remote Payment Council and member of the board of advisors to EMVCo, representing the interests of debit networks and regional / community financial institutions. His advocacy spans across traditional and emerging markets and includes card and instant payments technologies. He frequently speaks on and engages collaboratively with bankers associations and industry forums on topics such as tokenization, ecommerce, artificial intelligence and digital assets to address real-world challenges.
