Jackie Ward
Vice President of Compliance

As Vice President of Compliance, Jackie is responsible for leading the SHAZAM^® compliance team and supports projects across the organization to ensure compliance with regulations, laws and foreign networks.

Jackie has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years, spending most of that time leading compliance teams. Before joining SHAZAM, she was a chief compliance officer at a public insurance company and an anti-money laundering officer at a Des Moines-based fintech startup.

Along with her extensive work history, Jackie is a certified anti-money laundering specialist and a certified risk management professional with vast regulatory experience.
