Jackie began her career with SHAZAM in 1992 as a part-time human resources clerk. Over the years, she’s held a variety of leadership roles and now serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer.

In her role, she oversees talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations and leadership development, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining systems that protect the legal rights of employees and the organization. Jackie has been and is instrumental in shaping SHAZAM’s culture through employee engagement initiatives and succession planning.

She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional and Certified Diversity Professional designations. She’s an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training & Development. Jackie serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for EveryStep Care & Support Services.
