What’s the SHAZAM Forum?
The SHAZAM Forum is a premier annual event designed specifically for community financial institutions. Attendees will learn from SHAZAM and industry experts on all things payments, fraud and financial technology. Participants will also learn how to tackle their most difficult business challenges and discover innovations that are transforming the banking industry.

What should I wear?
The SHAZAM Forum is a business casual event. We recommend dressing in layers as the breakout rooms could vary in temperature.
How do I get to the SHAZAM Forum?
The Des Moines Marriott Downtown is located at 700 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50309. If flying into Des Moines International Airport, it’s about a 15-minute ride to the venue via taxi, rental car or ride-share. See our venue page for more information.
Why is the SHAZAM Forum hosted in Des Moines?
The SHAZAM offices are located in Des Moines and Johnston, IA. We not only want to show-off our great city but allow you to see the faces you work with each day!
Will there be a conference booklet?
There won’t be paper agendas available at the 2024 SHAZAM Forum. We encourage attendees to download the SHAZAM Forum mobile app for an interactive event experience. The agenda is also posted on the SHAZAM Forum website. There’ll be plenty of signage on-site to help direct you around as well!
