Today, you can see all active EFT projects within Service Expert. EFT Project Messenger allows you to communicate directly with your SHAZAM Project Manager with just a few clicks of a button.
We understand how painful it can be searching for emails weeks after a discussion. By using EFT Project Messenger, all messages exchanged between you and your Project Manager can be viewed in one dashboard under each project.
