Our priority is providing clients with an exceptional experience. That’s why we’re pleased to announce the launch of EFT Project Messenger — now available via Service Expert!

Today, you can see all active EFT projects within Service Expert. EFT Project Messenger allows you to communicate directly with your SHAZAM Project Manager with just a few clicks of a button.

We understand how painful it can be searching for emails weeks after a discussion. By using EFT Project Messenger, all messages exchanged between you and your Project Manager can be viewed in one dashboard under each project.
