The SHAZAM EFT Implementations (EFTI) team handles ATM projects, including surcharge increases, new installs, upgrades to the latest software or model, converting live ATMs for financial institutions as they become live on the SHAZAM network and so much more.
The project managers and project coordinators work directly with clients to confirm the scope of projects, answer any questions, and continue to provide additional information and support as they work through the projects. Additionally, the Acquirer Project Managers work closely with ATM vendors when they are on-site to ensure all ATM changes, upgrades, and new installs are brought live and functioning with the most efficient turnaround.
Whether it’s a software update, a new product developed to enhance functionality or an update to a troubleshooting guide, EFTI routinely finds the best way to adapt to new processes they encounter. For example, the team works to understand new perks and updates that come from the latest software releases and then shares this knowledge with clients.
In addition, EFTI is instrumental in developing new products that help improve your financial institution’s daily operations. The team works to understand a new product’s benefits, how they work, how to discuss the products with you and how to implement these solutions successfully.
The newest product development EFTI is eager to assist clients implement is the new data exchange system which now supports a wider range of ATM brands and software versions than before.
