SHAZAM Core Insight: Training Reimagined

SHAZAM Core Insight is a web-based data access and reporting system subscribing SHAZAM Core clients can use to run standard reports and create customized reports and graphs. In addition, core insight clients can create a visualization dashboard to build to a group of reports for executives. SHAZAM Core Insight is a highly creative program which allows flexibility to produce desired reports.

The complex array of features and benefits justify a comprehensive learning plan. The Client Learning Team’s training is a combination of:

• Individual client training (3 sessions)
• On-demand, self-directed training modules
• Webinars

This learning plan will be used for new SHAZAM Core Insight subscribers. In addition, current subscribers will receive full retraining utilizing the new curriculum.
