The FAQ will answer commonly asked questions about products, such as Compass XD™ and AccountLaunch^®, and topics, like year-end questions. This feature will save you time by providing quick information at your fingertips and will reduce the need to contact the SHAZAM Core Client Support team.

The ease of navigation through defined products or topics will help you find the information you’re looking for quickly. And you can save even more valuable time by using the search functionality.

We’ll update the FAQ quarterly with the most common questions you’re asking the SHAZAM Core Client Support team. You’ll also receive a communication with a direct link to the FAQ, so keep your questions coming and watch for the first FAQ in early December.
