Sharing Documentation Feedback Just Got Easier

At SHAZAM, putting our clients first is always top priority. There are many ways we work continually to accomplish this goal and we’re so excited to announce one of our latest updates, the new User Documentation Feedback form.
This new online form will allow you to share your direct feedback about our user documentation right from the resource portal. You can now leave comments regarding the ease of location, clarity of content, and any improvement ideas you feel necessary. This new form will be automatically sent to our SHAZAM Client Learning Writing team so we can better serve you.
The new feedback form is in SHAZAM Access under the SHAZAM Resource, Digital Banking Resource and Core Resource>Documentation tabs. The new form will display as a “tablet” icon in the top-right corner.
Selecting the tablet will prompt the form in a new window and ask a few short questions such as:
- Were you able to find the resources you were looking for?
- What was the name of the resource?
- Was this resource helpful?
- What can we do to improve our resources?
You’ll also be able to leave an email address to allow our client learning team to respond directly to you. Once you have a completed the form, our team will receive a notification and we will respond promptly.
Nothing is more important to SHAZAM than hearing from our clients and we are so excited to provide this opportunity for you to let us know how we are doing. It’s our desire that you have a seamless feedback experience and that you know your voice is heard. This new form will personalize the request and allow us to hear directly from our most valuable partners, you!
