Introducing Just In Time: Fraud Education Conversations

In May, SHAZAM® hosted its first Just in Time conversation, an initiative designed to bring timely fraud education to clients. “Our goal is to share the latest fraud trends with clients and let them know about emerging scams in real time,” said Andrea Cook, Senior Manager, Learning.

“Fraud education is at the top of our clients’ wish list. When the SHAZAM Advisory Council was asked what learning opportunities they wanted to see in the next six months, the overwhelming response was fraud-related content,” Andrea shared.

Client Learning partnered with Mike Burke, Senior Robbery & Crisis Management Consultant and resident fraud expert, to bring this educational opportunity to clients.

Mike said, “The fraud landscape is ever-changing, with fraudsters consistently trying new tactics to execute their schemes. Through this series, SHAZAM identifies the fraud headaches our clients could be exposed to and offers the “aspirin” with actionable takeaways and tips.”

Client Learning introduced the series to clients at Forum in April, and the response was enthusiastic from both clients and employees. And the registration numbers confirmed just how excited clients were. A week before the first conversation, 650 clients signed up to attend!

With Just in Time, all registered participants receive access to a recorded copy of the event to share solely with their staff via SHAZAM Access. Please note the recording will only be available for 30 days after each event.
