We heard your feedback and are pleased to share that Dispute Partner Plus™, a new end-to-end dispute resolution service, is under development and will be available in the coming months. This streamlined service has the features our clients have been asking for, including:

- Full access to review documents and a transparent claim process
- Lower operational costs
- A built-in merchant collaboration process
- Claims can be initiated by either the financial institution or SHAZAM®
- Automated Reg E compliance and recordkeeping
- No forms or signatures required
- Recovery begins immediately after a claim is submitted
