SHAZAM Merchant Services gives your small business clients the ability to accept credit and debit cards from their customers and so much more. Here’s an overview of our program offerings.

Traditional Merchant Program

With this program, SHAZAM provides a full range of cost-effective payment processing services while you manage your merchant relationships. Our flexible pricing structure allows you to maximize profitability and generate new revenue streams. This program gives your business clients time to engage with their customers while you provide the payment solutions to help them grow.

Referral Merchant Program

For financial institutions that don’t want to manage the day-to-day support of merchants, SHAZAM offers you the option to refer merchants to us. Plus, we pay out a cash bonus for each signed referral. SHAZAM designates the sponsoring financial institution, and you can provide payment processing services to your merchants with no liability. In addition, we provide the sales representation, pricing and monthly statements.

Equipment Options

SHAZAM offers a comprehensive selection of affordable POS systems and processing software by major brands, such as Clover®. Merchants can select from software plans that only accept transactions and help track sales or choose plans that help with inventory, menus and employee time tracking. In addition, merchants have options for enabling personal computers, tablets and smartphones to accept payments. We also support several connection options, including mobile, wireless, dial-up and IP/Ethernet.

Help Merchants Control Their Costs

Merchants are always looking for ways to reduce costs associated with accepting credit card transactions. SHAZAM can help your merchant clients recoup some of the card processing costs by lowering the cost of point-of-sale operations. One of the ways merchants can offset these costs is through surcharging. We expect to make surcharging available to merchants by the end of 2023.

Other ways merchants can reduce credit card processing costs of accepting credit cards include cash discount incentives and convenience fees. Check out this helpful reference guide that explains the differences between surcharges, cash discounts and convenience fee programs.
