Introducing Compass XD Knowledge Center

Compass XDTM Knowledge Center debuts mid-summer. The SHAZAM Client Learning team’s core writers, along with key support resources have been working closely together, and the first phase of their masterpiece is complete.

Knowledge Center is a visually appealing tool where every field you see in inquiry is wrapped with a definition. Some field names, like name and address, are intuitive. Other fields require a bit more explanation. Those explanations come to life through the Knowledge Center. The first Knowledge Center application, CIS (Customer Information System), will be complete mid-summer. The second application, Loans, is in the works.

Core Resource — Redesigned!

We’re excited to introduce a complete Core Resource facelift to make it easier to navigate and search. Grouped by application, alphabetical and searchable by keyword, we believe this redesign is everything you’d hope for in an online resource navigation tool.
