Compass XD Knowledge Center Release 3

We’re excited to announce our third installment of the Compass XD™ Knowledge Center is now available in SHAZAM Access! This new enhancement includes all inquiry fields within the DDA (deposit), SDB (safe deposit box), and GL (general ledger) applications in Compass XD. Since the debut of the knowledge center in summer 2023, the content has grown rapidly, encompassing over 1,800 inquiry fields and definitions including the CIS (customer information system) and LN (loans) applications.

The Client Learning Writing team and Core Support team are continuing to expand the knowledge center with each new rollout. Following this latest enhancement, the two next pieces of the puzzle will be shareholder and investment applications.

We can’t wait for you to explore the new additions to the knowledge center. This new tool continues to be a fantastic addition to Core Resource in SHAZAM Access.
