The dashboard allows subscribers to examine revenue trends by transaction type and determine if they want to make changes to the types of transactions enabled on terminals.

SHAZAM Business Intelligence Services subscribers can take advantage of customization hours to explore questions related to their specific context and goals. For example, a surcharge review can help identify if there’s opportunity to increase income through a change to terminal surcharge.

Using the previous 12 months of transaction history, the What If Surcharge Analysis allows financial institutions to calculate how an increase or decrease in surcharge could impact surcharge revenue based on various usage scenarios. The dynamic dashboard allows subscribers to analyze potential revenue of their entire fleet or select terminals.

A surcharge review is just one example of how subscribers can use customization hours to examine potential outcomes and make adjustments accordingly.
