2024 Customer Experience Survey Results Are In!
As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening client engagement, we delivered the fourth iteration of our customer experience survey earlier this year. The survey is designed for SHAZAM® to gain a better understanding of client needs and how we’re meeting them.
Survey respondents were asked to identify their role (c-suite/exec, manager/team lead, experienced staff, new staff) and function (operations, finance, compliance, IT, etc.), along with what SHAZAM products their financial institution uses.
Key takeaways from our results include:
- Top five words used to describe SHAZAM were: helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and efficient.
- We learned that participants value a provider that has strong relationships with financial institutions, offers flexible integrations and contributes to profitability.
- All our scores continue to be in the highest quartiles compared to prior survey results.
- Our trustworthy score among c-suite respondents increased.
- Overall satisfaction scores increased for our core product.
