Reshaping our corporate brand identity
The name SHAZAM® has been with us for nearly 40 years — and we intend to embrace that identity for many more years to come. Through research and strategic planning, we’ve created a brand evolution plan to set the stage for the long-term success of SHAZAM.
Our evolved brand vision establishes SHAZAM, Inc. as our corporate name. We’ll maintain the name and branding for the SHAZAM Payments Network and launch three new sub-brands.

Here’s more about what inspired our path forward and the three new sub-brands.
Peregrine™ Processing Solutions (currently referenced as SHAZAM debit processing or ITS, Inc.) This name speaks to the speed, security and high-performance operations of our processing arm, a robust, stand-alone issuer and acquirer processing engine. The name Peregrine and the corresponding visuals are inspired by the peregrine falcon, which implies speed and agility. The peregrine falcon is viewed as a symbol of power — they have a striking appearance and are known for laser-focused precision.
KinetiCore™ Banking Solutions (currently known as SHAZAM® Core or Compass XDTM): The inspiration behind the name and mark is kinetic energy — the energy created through motion and movement. In essence, the banking core enables dynamic movement of data, which powers banking, consumers and life. KinetiCore implies positive energy, dynamic movement and impactful productivity to all things connected into it.
DigiHive™ Digital Banking (currently SHAZAM digital banking): The name DigiHive is fresh, friendly and efficient, and the branding is inspired by a hive — a busy place of activity and positive energy. Digital banking is a place where people are actively engaged and highly productive, and we wanted our branding to reflect that space where our banking technology intersects with the consumer each day. Business as usual for now
In 2026, we’ll launch a new public website, which will coordinate with our public announcements. The new names and marks will be rolled out in a phased approach across our products, sales materials and within our organization over the next several years. We’re excited to share our brand evolution plans with our valued clients ahead of our public announcement so you’re the first to know what to expect next from SHAZAM.
