A new year gives us another chance to engage. Our client learning team likes to use the new year to take a hard look at the webinars and events we present. Whether it’s new products, fraud trends and tips to combat them, or some of our greatest hits, we want to make sure that you are given value for the time you choose to spend with us.
With that in mind, let’s dive into what 2026 will look like across our lines of business. Dates will be published by quarter, but we hope this will whet your appetite for the upcoming year.
In the world of SHAZAM® Core™, Senior Client Learning Consultants Mary Robin and Dee Dee Warrington will be revisiting 2025 enhancements and highlighting the new tools in the platform. They will also present a comprehensive look at the year end process and how best to make use of the resources at your disposal.
For our Payments Association members, we have a slate of events to meet your learning needs. Whether you are new to the world of ACH or in need of continuing education credits, we have you covered. Intro to ACH, SEC Codes, and Exception Processes are all back on the schedule this year.
You may be thinking, “We don’t currently use SHAZAM Core or Payments Association services.” Now is a great opportunity to explore those offerings with your client executive during their next visit. In the meantime, rest assured — we’ve got resources in place to support you.
For our fraud fix, we’re working with FICO® to schedule multiple dates across the calendar to have them come speak to you. They’ll be able to lend their knowledge and expertise in unpacking the evolving world of fraud. These sessions will provide vital information to help you keep your institutions and cardholders safe.
On the EFT side, we’re bringing back the greatest hits by popular demand. I’ll be decoding Regulation E with you, Senior Client Learning Consultant Duane Betz will be unpacking the chargeback process, and Senior Client Learning Consultant Dan Ferrel will be giving a refresher on our fraud management tools. In addition to that, Andrea Cook, Senior Manager, Learning, will be continuing our Service Expert & You series in the spring and fall to help you stay up to date with our ever-growing support portal. We value the time that we get to spend with each of you every year. We're committed to offering a worthwhile experience that supports your efforts to protect, strengthen and elevate your financial institution.
