New roles, familiar faces

We’re excited to announce that Dee Dee Warrington officially transitioned from the SHAZAM^® Core^TM implementations team to the learning team! Dee Dee joins Mary Latiolais, who has been part of the learning team since September 2024.

In their roles, Mary and Dee Dee will be leading training efforts for SHAZAM Core and several SHAZAM Core ancillary products as well as DocuCommand^® and digital banking. Their deep knowledge of these systems, paired with their hands-on experience, makes them invaluable assets as we continue to enhance our training offerings.

Both Mary and Dee Dee bring a wealth of experience from the financial services industry, with several years of dedicated service at SHAZAM. Their backgrounds in implementations have given them a unique perspective on client needs, system functionality and the importance of clear, effective training.

This move not only strengthens the learning team but also reinforces SHAZAM’s commitment to developing talent from within and ensures our clients receive top-tier education and support.
