Endless possibilities – leveraging SHAZAM Access

All roads lead to Rome. No matter the method, you are led to the same place. The same result. The same website? Here at SHAZAM^®, SHAZAM Access is Rome. It may be a small part of your week, or it may be where you reside daily. It is an interconnected space where compliance, training and operations all come together.

This year at the SHAZAM Forum, Andrea Cook and I had the opportunity to share some of the powerful tools available to SHAZAM clients through SHAZAM Access. What was intended as a high-level tour became a search for aha moments and ways we could add value to your SHAZAM Access user experience. In talking to so many of you, we found your SHAZAM Access use was hyper focused on daily tasks and much of the value of SHAZAM Access was lost. Our goal was to help you find those additional tools, resources and use cases that enrich your SHAZAM Access usage.

Andrea walked us through the numerous resources that are present within SHAZAM Access. She highlighted the amazing year-end guides available to our SHAZAM Core users. We explored the new on-demand training courses the client learning team is publishing. She pointed out an amazing vendor management checklist in our Audit and Compliance section, which was an aha moment for me, if I’m being honest. She even took us to where Magnify is published and walked through the amazing new article library.

I was up next and truly had a tough act to follow. However, I had the pleasure of taking the room through an operational tour of the tabs across the SHAZAM Access page. I stopped as we went along to discuss the best uses of each area, while highlighting the ability to integrate many of your existing systems with what SHAZAM Access offers. Whether it was using the transactions feature to track more than just monetary transactions, exploring the added power Data Select provides to SHAZAM Insight^®, or highlighting the hub in Case Manager; each tool can give you added power to more smoothly manage your EFT products.

As we wrapped up, there was one resounding response from those in attendance. It was “We want more.” Andrea and I had 50 minutes, and we could have filled five hours. The sheer weight of what we had to skim past or ignore altogether was immense. So know, we hear you loud and clear. We’re committed to providing you a curriculum for SHAZAM Access that is both a deep dive AND easy to digest — no matter if you’re a brand-new employee or a seasoned veteran looking for a refresher. More than anything we want to give you a tool to maximize the endless possibilities SHAZAM Access provides.
