Our Vision resonates with SHAZAM’s EFT implementation team, which is made up of project managers, project coordinators and business analysts who assist in bringing products and services live for financial institutions.

Our implementation team strives daily to be THE trusted partner during all projects, and it’s an expectation that they add value to everything they do. There are several different aspects of a project that provide value, but there are some that truly defines the difference between a rocky road and a smooth EFT implementation:

1. The Plan
   It’s vital to provide clarity on where we’re starting and where our journey will end. Our project managers come prepared with a plan and ensure all parties are on board. Continued collaboration and perfecting the plan are what execute a smooth overall process.
    
2. Clear and Steady Communication
   Communication can either make or break a well-run project. It takes constant communication from project managers, institutions and third-party vendors to make an implementation a success. In addition, we recently added a visibility feature within our client portal, which allows institutions to view their project statuses in real-time.
    
3. Good Tools and Organization
   A plan is only as good as its organization! There are a lot of tools used by our team to ensure organizational accountability. With our recent upgrade to Salesforce, our team is even more equipped with the tools and resources to support a great project. Another recent improvement to our process is involving project coordinators in the planning stages. They join every project call to assist our project managers in taking detailed notes and providing meeting minutes to each client.
    
4. YOU!
   The best part of our job is working closely with our financial institutions. To us, nothing’s better than assisting in making what can be a stressful process, a success for all parties involved. We appreciate the partnership and support we have with each institution while working through each implementation effort and we look forward to working with additional institutions on their projects in the future.
