Introducing Dispute Partner Plus

We are pleased to share Dispute Partner Plus, a new end-to-end dispute resolution service, is under development and will be available in the coming months. This streamlined service has the features our clients have been asking for, including:

  •  Automated processes to boost efficiency
  • Full access to review documents and a transparent claim process
  • Lower operational costs
  • A built-in merchant collaboration process
  • Claims can be initiated by either the financial institution or SHAZAM®
  • Automated Reg E compliance and recordkeeping
  • No forms or signatures required
  • Recovery begins immediately after a claim is submitted

Tracking dispute information is time-consuming, and manual work can lead to costly Regulation E (Reg E) compliance errors. We are developing our new product to make our clients’ workdays more efficient, while providing them with regulatory guidance. The automation within Dispute Partner Plus and SHAZAM’s Reg E expertise allows financial institution staff to focus their valuable time on taking care of their cardholders’ needs.
