Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer

Jace leads SHAZAM’s efforts to provide efficient and responsive service through implementations, client support, training, professional services, chargebacks, disputes and fraud services.

In his prior role as president of SHAZAM Core Services, Jace was responsible for business development, sales and marketing and client support for all core products and services. Under Jace’s leadership, SHAZAM Core Services more than doubled its client base, secured several lucrative partnerships and installed a new data center.

Jace has a long history of taking companies to the next level. Prior to joining SHAZAM, he served as president of Q2 Software. During that time, Jace assembled a team of key employees who took the company from startup to fully operational. This served as the foundation for Q2 becoming a leading provider of online and voice banking solutions.

Jace also served as vice president and general manager at S1 Corporation, an Atlanta, Georgia-based financial services software company, and in various leadership roles with Dallas, Texas-based Regency Voice Systems, Inc.

    It's a sign of the times during this pandemic as we try to stay connected. We're on our phones scrolling through social media and tending to email. While browsing, you see an ad for a chance to try something out for free. You think, “Why not, what have I got to lose?” As your cardholder's financial institution, you know chargeback rights are limited and the cardholder stands to lose possibly more than they realize.
