SHAZAM will not disclose or divulge non-public personal information about any consumer to non-affiliated third parties relative to any financial product or service provided by SHAZAM to network participants, which in turn provide financial products and services to consumers and their customers. For purposes of this operating rule, the definition and scope of "non-public personal information," "non-affiliated third parties," "consumers," "customers," and "financial products or services" are as set forth in applicable federal and/or state regulatory requirements.
