SHAZAM announces CardCreate new card personalization service

DES MOINES, Iowa (Dec. 7, 2021) — SHAZAM, Inc., a nationwide provider of financial services to community banks and credit unions, is excited to offer CardCreate™, a new card personalization service. CardCreate streamlines card ordering and eliminates the need to manage and maintain card stock while giving more design choices and greater flexibility in card production.

Card personalization comes with many benefits for SHAZAM clients as they offer a more personalized and engaging card to their cardholders:
- Easier card management. CardCreate brings end-to-end debit card personalization and production management. Enrolled clients won’t need to manage buying and inventory. They’ll have the freedom to print cards as needed without the cost of a full print-on-demand card program and inventory management challenges.
- Simple order process. Cards are ordered when needed using the same method the bank or credit union uses today (batch, web services, etc.), with special handling orders submitted through a direct online portal.
- Multiple design options. Several card designs available for Visa® and Mastercard® consumer, business and health savings accounts (HSA), including chip, contactless and ATM cards.
- Customization. CardCreate allows clients to design cards that reflect their brand and offer a more personalized, engaging card to their cardholders without the cost of pre-purchasing card stock and managing inventory levels to chip expiration dates. To support this, SHAZAM Marketing Services will create custom card designs for clients.
