Regional seminars provide in-depth training on the following topics:

- Debit Card Fraud and Chargebacks
- ACH 101 — Fundamentals of ACH
- ACH 202 and ACH Origination (prerequisite ACH 101)

Registration Information:
- Cost — the registration fee for each training seminar, including lunch, is $125 for the first person from a financial institution and $100 for each additional person, except where noted in the seminar description.
- Registration — to register for a seminar, complete the online registration form and submit to SHAZAM 30 days before the date of the seminar. Advance registration is required. At least one week before the seminar, SHAZAM will contact you to confirm attendance and provide directions.
- Hours — seminars are held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m. and SHAZAM provides a continental breakfast.
- Dress — casual attire is recommended.
- Cancellations — to cancel your registration, call the SHAZAM Training department at (800) 537-5427. If you cancel less than two weeks before a seminar, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
