Flexible Hours
Choose a start time and lunch hour that works with your schedule. Start times can be between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. with 30 or 60 minute lunches, Monday through Friday. Employees in departments with special coverage needs may not be eligible for flexible hours.
Service Awards
Employees reaching milestone service anniversaries receive special recognition from SHAZAM. Service Awards are given to employees who reach milestone anniversaries with the company.
Employee Referral Program
Earn bonuses when you refer people to SHAZAM. Open positions at SHAZAM may qualify for the
Employee Referral Program. If you refer someone who is hired by SHAZAM, you could receive a $750
bonus.
Employee Assistance Program
SHAZAM contracts with Employee and Family Resources to provide free, short-term confidential counseling and referral for our employees and their families.
Verizon Wireless® Discount
Employees may receive an 8% discount on their Verizon Wireless monthly plan on qualifying plans with a monthly fee of $34.99 or higher. Employees may receive up to 35% off equipment and accessories.

All employees are eligible to receive free McAfee virus protection software for their home computers.

Microsoft Home Use Program (HUP)
Employees are eligible to participate in the Home Use Program (HUP). This program enables employees to get a licensed copy of most Microsoft Office desktop applications to install and use on their home computer at a significantly discounted price.
Costco ® Membership
Employees can purchase a Costco membership and take advantage of the products and services they
have available. At times, Costco will have special promotions where if you sign up for the $55
membership, you receive a $10 or $25 cash card back, or an extra month of membership. |
